Yeah, so what if it was just a scrimmage? And so what if we did only play three and a half sorta innings? The 2013 SLL Cardinals looked great! Despite the dropping temperatures and the whipping winds, you guys ROCKED THE FIELD!
A few reminders ...
Bring a jacket to the field - it's still ch-ch-ch-ch-chilly in the evenings, so be prepared. Coats/sweatshirts are NOT allowed to cover your team jersey while on the field, but long sleeve shirts can certainly be worn under uniforms to help keep you warm.
Water/gum/seeds will be provided. If you are chipping in to cover the cost, Elisa K. will be collecting on Wednesday. Hopefully, the second cooler won't leak like the first one did.
Boys - do NOT spit your gum out on the field, in the dugout, behind the dugout -- basically anywhere but IN the trash bins. Used cups and gum wrappers should be thrown in the trash right away so the wind doesn't carry them out to center field.

TBA - scheduling conflicts with the HS Softball Team are being worked out. Stay tuned for time/location changes to Sunday practice(s).
If you are unable to attend any scheduled practice or game, please let a coach know as soon as possible. Late arrivals and no-shows have a tendency to create gaps in the roster and line-up, so if you can't make it, or will be late, just let someone know!
